Job Description Job Description Description: In Home Sales Consultant / Comfort Consultant Job Summary Jerry Kelly Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Comfort Consultant. This role requires a professional demeanor, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to be part of a collaborative team. The Comfort Consultant will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales process, including scheduling and conducting sales calls, meeting with prospective clients, creating tailored proposals, generating new leads, and following up to close sales. The ideal candidate will be committed to achieving sales goals while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and helping to uphold the reputation of the Jerry Kelly brand.
