your future with us. The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS)
team is hiring for a Senior Mission Systems Analysis, Integration,
and Test Engineer for our team located in Berkeley, MO. The
candidate will enable the Mission Systems organization to continue
to expand its business base and will participate in advancing
aircraft technology. The team performs research into advanced
concepts and prototypes for various communication, sensor,
electronic warfare and other electromagnetic systems and
components. The team is also responsible for developing
system/subsystem requirements, participating with Software
engineers with real-time Operational Flight Program (OFP)
development, subsystem/system testing, and evaluating system
performance in Flight Test. Simulation and modeling is utilized to
assist in requirements development, software development and
offsets some Flight Test verification. Who Are We: - BDS is a

Responsibilities: - Work with external customers and internal
stakeholders to plan and execute complex hardware-software
integration efforts in a fast-paced agile environment - Develop,
document and maintain electronic and electrical system requirements
according to customer desires and contract requirements - Analyze,
translate and implement requirements into system architecture,
hardware and software designs and interface specifications, showing
traceability throughout the product lifecycle - Develop test plans
and procedures for system under development - Test and validate
system to ensure system designs meet operational and functional
requirements - Resolve product integration issues and production
anomalies - Must be proactive in understanding the big picture and
the interrelationships between positions and activities of the
organization - Must be proactive in understanding the product
systems and apply the principles of systems thinking to accelerate
performance with first time quality This position is expected to be
100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite
at one of the listed location options . This position requires the
ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance for which the US
Government requires US Citizenship. - A Final Secret Clearance
Post-Start is required. Basic Qualifications (Required
Skills/Experience): - Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering
(with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer
Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry - Level 4: 9
years of work-related experience with a bachelor's or 7 years of
work-related experience with Masters or 4 years with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): - Active
Secret Clearance - A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active
in the past 24 months is considered active) - 5 years of experience
in the Mission Systems field on military aircraft - Experience with
Systems architecture - Experience with System and Subsystem levels
of requirements generation - Experience using Scaled Agile
Framework (SAFe) process - Excellent written and verbal
communication skills - Strong collaboration and coordination skills
- Travel up to 10% Signing Bonus Potential for this Job Requisition

Typical Education/ Experience: Education/experience typically
acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited
course of study in engineering, computer science, engineering data
science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and
typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent
combination of technical education and experience or non-US
equivalent qualifications. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the
preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Level 4 (Senior): $136,850 - $185,150 Applications for this
