The Role We are seeking a talented Seamstress or Tailor to join our team. This is a unique, high-potential position: you will start as an hourly plus percentage employee, but for the right candidate, there is a direct path to business ownership as the current owners transition into retirement. Basic Responsibilities - Perform professional alterations on a wide range of garments (casual, formal, and bridal). - Conduct customer fittings and provide expert advice on garment fit and construction. - Operate industrial sewing machines, sergers, and pressing tools. - Maintain the high standards of quality and quick turnaround times our shop is known for.
