a Behavioral Technician Schedule: Part-Time coverage needed 20
hours weekly to be discussed upon hire. Looking for a meaningful

journey? Join our residential team providing hands-on support to
adults with chronic mental health conditions, helping them build
independence and thrive in their community. As a Behavioral
Technician , ( Internal title: Residential Support Specialist)
you’ll provide direct, person-centered care in a supervised
residential setting. You'll use strength-based strategies to
encourage wellness, independence, and recovery across all areas of

populations or is ready to gain hands-on behavioral health
experience This position is part of Adapt of Missouri , a
subsidiary of Compass Health Network . Key Responsibilities Support
clients with daily living skills like cooking, budgeting, hygiene,
and medication education Encourage wellness and recovery goals
through coaching and compassionate care Help clients access
community resources and services Monitor individual progress and
provide documentation after each shift Collaborate with team
members to ensure consistent, high-quality care Support discharge
planning, crisis response, and transitional services as needed
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High
School/Equivalent Required At least one year of experience as a
CNA, in social/human services, and/or experience working with
adults with chronic mental illnesses required Must obtain and
maintain certification in CPR, First Aid, CPI and Medication Level
