Drive Social Media is looking for an experienced, dedicated &
hardworking Sales Recruiter to help grow the business!
The Sales Recruiter, will report to our Director of Sales Training
& Development and work one on one to recruit top talent to expand
our sales teams. The Sales Recruiter will only work to fill the
Business Developer role in 5 cities - Saint Louis, Nashville,
Miami, Atlanta & Tampa. Drive provides its Business Developers with
a hands-on 4-week training program at Drive's HQ in Saint Louis.
These scheduled training classes allow for the recruiter to always
know the goals and deadlines they would be working towards.
We're looking for---
Sales minded, positive attitude & a "do-er" mentality (does the
task vs talking about the task)
Strong follow-through, with the ability to keep themselves and
The ability to be scrappy and think outside of the box to maintain
a full pipeline
Warm, friendly, and a great representation of themselves and the
Hard-working - has a strong understanding of their goals and is
intentional about how they use their time
The ability to work independently while staying proactive in
Organized and prepared - has a running to-do list to make sure
nothing falls through the cracks
The ability to take direct feedback while still advocating for
themselves, the process & the candidate
Upon hitting goals, the right individual will have the ability to
grow within their role & the organization.
Your day-to-day would look like---
Sourcing candidates, messaging & cold calling them
First-round phone screens
Managing candidate pipeline & company referrals
Recording & reporting data to influence strategy
Scheduling & coordinating candidates
Attending and managing job fairs, career fairs, & networking
Nice to haves---
4-year degree or equivalent relevant experience
Sales AND Recruitment experience preferably 3-5 years
Hands-on training for both their role & the Business Developer role
to better understand the candidate profile
