Job Description:

Located in downtown Chicago, ImmersiveTouch builds next-generation medical imaging & simulation products for surgeons at trauma centers to improve surgical outcomes and reduce hospital operating costs. Our technology is unique in its use of 360-degree views, 3-D graphics, and advanced haptic feedback technology to generate a simulated surgery environment that both looks and feels real. We have a significant number of FDA clearances and patents for our products & services.
The Sales Representative/Product Specialist will drive software, hardware, and SaaS sales throughout the healthcare vertical, with a specific focus on Trauma Surgeons (orthopedics, neurosurgery, plastic/reconstruction, Oral, ENT). The Sales Representative/Product Specialist must be entrepreneurial, creative and comfortable working with ambiguity in a start-up environment with a keen eye for spotting market trends, a willingness to inspire clients, and the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
Role & Responsibilities:

  • Assess, build, and manage a pipeline of customers within the healthcare vertical.
  • Analyze trends, gather feedback, and facilitate training sessions.
  • Communicate effectively with the company's Executive team to help drive company strategy over a long-term timeframe.
  • Own sales pitches to potential customers including creation and delivery of presentations and appropriate talking points to surgeons and trauma centers.
  • Perform product demonstrations for customers, staff, field reps, and other stakeholders.
  • Build a sales and business development organization relevant to the company's growth goals and product lines with speed.
  • Drive the sales cycle and contracting processes with key customers.
  • Act as a lead for partnership events where appropriate.
  • Directly manage the relationship with key stakeholders in target vertical and liaise with internal functions such as the Product team to deliver solutions
  • Help to define and then deliver key KPIs across sales processes
  • Communicate effectively with the company's Executive team to help drive company strategy over a long-term timeframe
  • Operate as the ambassador for the Company brand and Product brands across current and future partners including delivery of key value propositions created by the Product team
  • Continuously expand knowledge of our product line.
  • Accurately communicate all technical specifications.
  • Log all customer contacts including contact information for follow up.
  • Answering all product-related questions and addressing queries promptly.
    Requirements:
    • 1-2 years of experience in Healthcare or MedTech SaaS and/or digital solutions.
    • Well rounded anatomical background.
    • Ability to target leads from all medical specialities.
    • Experience in the creation and execution of lead generation strategies.
    • Must have experience selling to surgeons
    • Able to memorize product specifications and demonstrate use accurately.
    • Able to work cooperatively as part of a team or individually.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to be able to communicate the value propositions and ability to sell ideas through a multitude of methods.
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
    • Articulate and well-spoken with excellent phone and email etiquette.
    • Strong work ethic, self-motivated.
    • Demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times.
    • Must be proficient in creating PowerPoint presentations and financial spreadsheets.
    • Proven project management skills, developing schedules, task/people assignments, and prioritization; anticipates and adjusts for opportunities, problems, and roadblocks within the sales and marketing process.
