Intech Anchoring has supplied commercial, residential, and industrial contractors with Geostructural Engineering Solutions for over 20 years. We are a proud employer to the greater St. Louis, Detroit, and across the Midwest. We have various positions from warehouse operations to engineering, manufacturing, administrative, accounting, marketing, sales, and management.The Corporate Office is the setting where the Inside Sales person will make sales from within the office over the phone, virtual platform or email.Primary Duties:Identify and establish contact with potential Partners (clients or customers).Become an expert in our product offerings and serve as a go-to source for potential and/or new Partners who want more information concerning our products.Use customer engagement methods such as phone calls, emails and social media to reach potential Partners and build a long-lasting business relationship with them.Conduct virtual presentations to demonstrate to potential Partners the benefits of our products.Schedule product demonstrations and Lunch and Learn presentations with potential Partners for our Outside Sales Team.Discover Partners' needs and offer solutions to them through the company's services or products.Develop and maintain relationships with new Partners.Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationship with Partners to generate repeat business and referrals.Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales.Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic.Research sales statistics and establish sales potential with new businesses in our target areas.Generate and submit sales reports to management.Determine new ways to make products appealing by observing the environment and current trends.Requirements: Proficient at communicating with Partners and convincing them to purchase products.Confident in both selling capabilities and the products or service being sold.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offReferral programRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:Commission payEducation:Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:Sales Experience: 2 years (Required)Work Location:One location
