    • Identify customers' needs, build rapport and follow the road to the sale process
    • Develop an in-depth understanding of our current inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make a purchase
    • Be the vehicle expert. Know the product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
    • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of vehicles
    • Work with our marketing team to grow our customer base
    • Follow-up with buyers and build your pipeline
    • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
    • Work with the Business Manager to develop sales agreements that benefit the company as well as well as the customer
    • Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysesQualifications

      • Proven sales experience or equivalent
      • Technologically savvy, strong computer skills
      • Available to work some evenings & Saturday
