Job Description: Design Group has experienced tremendous growth over the last several years, with the most recent fiscal year achieving record levels on nearly every metric. As we continue down the path of Step-Change , a critical task is to enhance our visibility, accountability and connectivity through standardized tools, along with enhancing the depth of our analysis and support to leadership. Another important initiative to drive growth and deliver a vision of $50M EBITDA is to enhance our acquisition competencies, tools, and financial support. In order to make substantial progress in each of these areas, there is a need to hire a strong analyst with experience in these areas. This position will play a key role for these growth initiatives. Position Responsibilities: This position will have the following responsibilities (this list is not all inclusive): * Provide financial support by updating and providing analysis for the monthly KPI trackers (Corporate & Internal), performance dashboards and business trends. This includes annual creation and enhancements to the monthly financial tools. * Provide financial support to the annual Vision and Guidance processes, including updating of all tools, and leadership support in compiling and analyzing the data. * Provide leadership support in the four-month check-in review process by ensuring financial slides are updated, consistent, and accurate. Additionally, lead the financial discussions of the review for assigned areas. * Provide support in the enhancement of our BESM, Client Trust and people analytics & tools. * Develop a high-level forecast model, and provide monthly updates and analysis based on trends. Provide monthly Regional and/or Practice forecasts for assigned areas. * Provide support as needed for the quarterly incentive process, including calculation of payouts, and trending analysis. * Provide general financial support to Regions, Practices, clients & special projects as needed. * Provide financial support to the acquisition process including, development of the financial models & scorecards, and support throughout the due diligence & close process. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: * The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-8 years of relevant experience. A Bachelor s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is strongly preferred, but not required based on work experience. Continuing education or certifications, such as an MBA or CPA is preferred. Advanced Excel skills are required. * Previous financial modeling experience, along with dashboard development is strongly preferred. * The ideal candidate needs to have good inter-personal skills, work well with teams, and have strong organizational & communication skills. * The ideal candidate needs demonstrated initiative with the commitment and ability to meet deadlines * The ability to travel up to 15% is required.
