Enterprise Data Management (EDM) is the competency center for database administration, providing world-class leadership while delivering innovation, secure and cost effective database solutions that benefit Wells Fargo, its customers and its shareholders. The successful candidate for this position will lead efforts across the EDM organization to strategize, plan and execute on a variety of programs, services and initiatives that are larger in scope and complexity. The Business Systems Consultant will be responsible for a variety of large programs including: Lead medium to large scale programs in support of various business operation functions Provide administrative functions for EDM communication program (both inbound & outbound) to ensure consistent and timely information is delivered to our team members, partners and senior executives. Provide assistance with Corporate Activities for executive level reporting. Create EDM forums that enable the ability to routinely collect relevant information regarding EDM operations, key initiatives, business drivers, and financial positions. Provide program checkpoints by facilitating the gathering of CoE level rollup updates for centralized ETI/EIT reporting status in accordance with corporate programs. Coordinate the collection of data, measures and progress updates against the CoE KPI indicators. Manage EDM wide activities such as team/site events, employee engagement, recognition and diversity. Organize and execute meeting facilitation and group presentations when necessary. Coordinate onsite meetings, catering, visitor access, room reservations, etc. Assist the team meet its compliance training completion timeframes. Required Qualifications5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both Desired QualificationsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to interact with all levels of an organizationAbility to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members7+ years of project management experience Other Desired Qualifications 5+ years of experience interfacing with numerous technology teams Experience with developing polished technical presentations for management Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated success managing technology projects. Ability to present information in a variety of different formats and influences all levels of the organization, including senior executives. Results orientation with proven ability to work with other teams to implement creative out of the box solutions. Strong business acumen, leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence all levels within an organization. Proven ability to work with competing resources and strong conflict management skills. Proven ability to manage large, unstructured issues, organizing them into solvable, prioritized projects designed to meet over-arching goals across the organization. Proven ability to drive change and continual improvement in the management and reporting of projects. Forward thinking and has a flexible approach to change, is able to work effectively in a variety of situations, seeks improvements and looks to the future. Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment and can learn new approaches and methodologies quickly.
