This highly visible position requires a strong individual contributor with excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet daily deadlines with an entrepreneurial spirit.Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers via email and telephone.
  • Research billing errors and initiate corrective actions.
  • Reduce past-due amounts in the assigned portfolio.
  • Investigate cash application errors and initiate corrective actions.
  • Understand chargeback deductions.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.Basic Requirements:
    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • Must Have at least 1-3 years of business-to-business collections experience.
    • Knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to meet deadlines and follow up with internal and external customers.
    • Ability to navigate various client portals and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Experience/Skills:
      • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize, communicate, and manage multiple demands.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
      • Professional and courteous demeanor when dealing with past-due customers.
      • Ability to follow instructions from management and develop solutions to unique problems.
