Their approach to working with their clients is a full-scale design-build approach, working with them from the initial conception through closeout. The work that they do will be in a variety of sectors but primarily educational, healthcare, multifamily, municipal, recreational, and retail. • Lead project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers
• Oversee project operations - coordinating workload, schedules, budgeting, and more
• Lead potential business development meetings and proposals
• Travel is minimal, mostly revolving around client meetings or job site visits every so often
• Meet with C-level and board executives to review office standings and future needs
• Establish office culture - lead from the front
• Overseeing subcontractors & assigned scopes of the project
• Plans and coordinates project activities inline company polices and proceduresProfile
  • At least 5 years of experience with a general contractor
  • Bachelor's in applicable construction field preferred
  • Experience leading ground up construction projects up to $40M+ in scope preferred
  • Exposure to design/build work
  • Past experience in a preconstruction or estimator role is a plus
  • Leadership characteristics and experience
  • Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, materials, and local subcontractors
  • Previous mentorship experience is a strong plus
