Stair InstallerWe are currently seeking highly-skilled craftsman to join our team. Looking for someone that is self motivated, honest, with dependable transportation. Must have an eye and attitude for perfection. Must also have your own tools. Tool purchase program available thru company for any specialty tools needed.DutiesInclude framing up new stair carriages. Installation of stair parts: treads, risers, skirts, newels, rails, balusters, etc. Must be detail oriented for fine quality work.Learn and follow IBC building codesLearn Builders Stair Supplys parts and methods of installationRequirementsMinimum 3 years carpentry experienceStrong working knowledge of carpentry techniques and methodsBe proficient in using electric and hand woodworking toolsBe eager to learn and implement superior staircase construction methodsAble to read and follow blueprintsWork well with othersPresent a positive attitude to clientsWilling to work in owner occupied homes with kids and petsCompensationCompetitive pay based on experience and abilitiesGreat Benefits: Health insurance, dental, vision, life, short term disability, vacation, 401K w/matchMost jobs within 30 mile radius.
