This is an exciting time to join our growing organization!Position Summary:Providing short and long-term plans for production lines that result in high customer service levels while maintaining plant efficiencies.Duties And Responsibilities:* Review OOR daily as well as messages in JDE scheduling tool and create production plan resulting in 100% fill rate.* Ensure SS set up followed and make recommendations for SS set up changes.* Daily entry of production into JDE to ensure accuracy of inventory.* Responsible for monitoring and ordering ingredients and other materials.* Responsible for assuring packaging is in house, timely, to execute upcoming production schedule.* Other duties, as assigned.Education And Experience Required:* High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.* 1+ years leadership or supervisory experience.* Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and extra hours, as needed.Preferred Education, Experience, And Skills:* Four years advanced education in business related field or equivalent experience in production scheduling.* Two years' experience in inventory control.* Must be efficient with computers including Microsoft Office.* Must be self-motivated.* Must have excellent communication skills.* 2+ years manufacturing scheduling or production planning experience.Physical Requirements:Qualified candidates must be able to perform the following physical job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation:* Must be able balance, bend, crouch, kneel, stand, stoop, walk, and reach above shoulders 3+ hours per shift.* Must be able to sit 6+ hours per shift.* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds 3+ hours per shift and anything over 50 pounds will require team assistance or mechanical lifting devices.
