Job Description



Summary:

The Supply Chain Specialistis responsible for support of the Supply Chain function including product procurement, inventory analysis and warehousing, managing IFU (Instructions For Use) development and translations, non-conformance reporting, Engineering Change Orders, and sales forecasting.

Essential Responsibilities:

*Manage documentation as it relates to New Product Releases, and Sustaining Engineering including ECO's, NCR's, MDF's, etc.

*Manage activities associated with purchasing, including placing orders with contract manufacturers and suppliers.

*Assist in managing and tracking inventory for disposable products including a review of production schedules and forecasts, adjusting incoming purchase orders, when necessary, report and track product expiration/potential scrap, independently make decisions to rework or scrap product at the component level, and assist in sales forecasting.

*Assist in the development of technical literature including user instructions, labeling and other literature associated with the company's disposable products.

*Independently work with the language translations house to manage all labeling translations, and the translations meet FDA Quality System Requirements and International Standards.





Job Requirements



Qualifications & Skills:

*Associates Degree and/or Certificate in a Supply Chain related field, or equivalent education/experience highly preferred

*5+ years related medical device experience in Engineering/Manufacturing environment preferred

*Experience with FDA QSR's and ISO 13485 preferred

*OSHA certification highly preferred

*Legally authorized to work in the United States
