In this role, you will maintain, configure and design our CRM system working across the organization with our marketing, analytics and loyalty teams to engage, retain and deepen relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities:
As a CRM Functional Analyst, you will:Partner with business and IT stakeholders to enable Epicor Aptos CRM's capabilities to support our brands, leveraging technical and business knowledge to design solutions and maintain the systemMonitor the production environment ensuring peak season readiness for the CRM platform, troubleshooting and correcting data into and out of the CRM systemWork closely with the Marketing and IT teams, serving as an expert resource leveraging the CRM solution to support efficient running and growth of our organization in addition to managing domain-specific work streams, maintaining an integrated approach that ensures functional areas work seamlessly togetherDocument functional flows and application documentationMonitor and ensure seamless data flows to internal and external systemsDesign, configure, test and troubleshoot CRM objects that are low to medium in complexityDesign and test workflows, reports, interfaces and customizations to meet user requirementsBenefits you'll enjoy:30% shoe discount for all our brandsFull benefits that start day one (medical, vision, and dental)Retirement benefits that start day one with company matchingRelaxed dress code

Qualifications:
We seek people with these qualifications:Bachelor of Science (BS) Information Systems preferred2-5 years of CRM System Administration experience (Epicor preferred)Excellent communication and documentation skillsExperience with SQL Server Management Studio, SQL Query, T-SQL, and SQL Server Integration ServicesiSeries experienceCaleres is an Equal Opportunity Employer by choice.
