Customer Service Representative - Commercial Sales

Job Description:

*General Description:*

Provide quality customer service to a commercial customer base and assist the sales team with order entry and follow up to ensure on time and accurate shipments.

*Responsibilities:*

- Enter orders with accuracy regarding items, pricing, addresses, and freight for a diverse customer base.

- Identify proper ship methods and locations based on products ordered.

- Provide order updates based on customer preferences and needs.

- Work with logistics and production planners to verify accurate shipping dates.

- Understand and follow company policies regarding customer terms.

- Provide product and freight quotes as needed for a select customer base.

- Process sample request and confirm delivery to customers.

- Backup and support Retail Customer Service.

- Answer inbound customer calls.

- Work with the sales team to resolve order issues and discrepancies.

*Qualifications:*

- 1-2 years of customer service responsibilities.

- Ability to collaborate across functions including marketing, supply chain, finance, and manufacturing.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Well organized.

- Desire to contribute to a strong team environment.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
