Zencity is looking for hard-working, reliable, and dedicated individuals to provide maintenance services in our short-term rental units throughout St. Louis each week. We offer consistent hours, weekly pay, independent work, and you can make $1,000 per week!

Responsibilities:

• Household fixes, repairs, and small installations
• Restocking and deploying general household items in our units
• Troubleshooting devices (smart locks, wi-fi) and appliances
• Assist with supply management tasks such as stocking and inventory
• Conduct inspections inside our units to ensure high quality standards are met
  Job Requirements:
  
  • Must be a professional with a positive attitude
  • Must be a team player and willing to complete all tasks, both large and small
  • Must have handiwork skills and, preferably, a basic set of tools
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Must have access to a reliable vehicle
  • Must have smartphone and be proficient using apps
  • Must speak and write English
  • Must be available between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM at least 3 days/week (but can work up to 7 days/week)
  • Ability to work weekends is preferred
    Physical Requirements:
    
    • Must be capable of driving to and from rental units
    • Must be able to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 50 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques
    • Must be able to maneuver effectively around rental units and warehouse spaces
