Hours from other major metro's or minutes from a bustling downtown, calm parks and outdoors-join us in calling St. Louis our home!The Nestl-- Purina Support Center manufactures, repairs, inventories, and tests the equipment used to make pet products around the world, while protecting the proprietary nature of the fabrication of Nestl-- Purina production equipment. The facility utilizes a modern Machine Shop, a Sheet Metal and Welding Fabrication Shop, which have allowed the site to build a sizable spare parts inventory to provide even faster service to NPPC Factories.As a Maintenance B (Machine Tool Repair), you will build and make repairs to production equipment used in the Support Center, including CNC machines and other machine tools. Additionally, you will provide support with building maintenance and facilities, troubleshoot various mechanical issues, and establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and counterparts, all while keeping safety at top of mind.Primary Responsibilities:Provide support in various Machine Tool repair, maintenance, and reassembly, including CNC MachinesWork to support building preventative maintenance and miscellaneous repairsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and counterparts at other Nestle OperationsPerform facility maintenance at the Nestle Purina Support CenterSupport safety initiatives for the Nestle Purina Support CenterProvide support in testing of equipment prior to shipmentRequirements2-Year Technical Degree in Building/Plant Maintenance or related field3+ years of related maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, technical, or military environmentREQUISITION ID:205995It is our business imperative to remain a very inclusive workplace.To our veterans and separated service members, you're at the forefront of our minds as we recruit top talent to join Nestl--.
