thesupply chainorganization into a strategic, forward-looking group
capable ofdrivingEnterprise-widesavings,on-time delivery, quality,
andconsistent,efficientinternalprocesses. -TheGlobal Supply Chain
Leaderwill be a trusted partner to theCFO, the business
unitpresidents,andtheexecutive teamtodrive initiatives
acrossourwell-balanced, financially solid, and rapidlygrowingglobal
organization.Thisinspirationalleaderwill:
- Provide vision and execution of business process improvements
and system enhancementsfor greater
control,operatingefficiencies,andbestpracticesacrosstheorganization;
- Lead, coach, and develop resources towards bettersupply
chainprocesses, performance metrics,and businessanalytics;

Partnerwiththeexecutiveleadershipteamaswellasplatformandbusiness
unitleaderstoadvance strategicandoperationalinitiatives,primarily
in the areas of costimprovement
andproduct/partsstandardization;
- View performance, investments, and improvement initiatives
through an Enterpriselens tosupport resourcingopportunitiesand
leveragebusiness unitpartnerstodriveresults;
- Reinforce financial integrity through oversight
ofEnterpriselevel performance,
standardizedprocessesandpractices,andconsistentapplication
ofpolicies.TheGlobalSupply Chain Leaderwillleadthesupply
chainorganizationwithspecificfocuson:
- Functional Excellence & Collaboration: Drive the transformation
of thesupply chainfunctionthrough structural design, process
improvements, and systems application to supportaneffective and
efficientteam.Take the lead in establishingsupply chainstrategies
and build teams acrossbusiness unitsand functions to support growth
and performance improvement. -Lead change-management efforts while
driving transformational growthwithin the organization.
- Supplier Relationship Management:Oversee supplier relationship
management and contract negotiations, while closely aligning
withbusiness unitleadership. Identify and develop supplier
relationships with key suppliers based on ongoing business needs as
well as strategic goals. Work closely with suppliers andbusiness
unitleadership to identify opportunities for innovation and set
strategies to deliver.
- FinancialOversight: -Partner with finance and operations
leadership to create a comprehensive spend analysis framework and
establish short and long-term supply chain budgets for
theEnterprise.Oversee training and communication of BI tools to
team members to ensure a unified approach to data consistency,
terminology, and reporting accuracy. Identify cost reduction
strategies through supplier relationship management, driving supply
chain team member communication across divisions, leveraging BI
tools, and establishing best-in-class sourcing strategies.
- Optimizing Business Processes: Helpprioritizeand quarterback
opportunities initiated by the collective team with quantified and
verified financial objectives and returns; lead teams and direct
initiatives to optimize business processes, evaluate"shared
service" models, enhance usage ofIT systems,leverageIT
resources,anddriveimproved overallsupply chainperformance;
- Strategic Planning: Serve as a resourceandsounding board that
aligns the visions,strategic plans, budgets, and performance of the
organization while identifying synergies andjoint
initiatives;Establish objectivesforthe supply chain function in
conjunction with policies and procedures that impact daily
operations as well as the long-term strategic direction of the
Enterprise. -QUALIFICATIONSANDSKILLS:TheVice President, Global
Supply Chainwillpossessthefollowing:
- A successful blend of entrepreneurial disposition and
established business experience toeffectivelyleadsupply
chainleadersthroughprocessimprovementandtransformationalgrowth;
- A minimum of aBachelor'sdegree in Business, Operations
Management, Engineering, or related field with 15 years of
progressively responsible experience in supply chain
leadership;

- Excellent team building and change management skills, with the
leadership skillset to recruit,train,coach,

- Successful business and financial experience in a private
company business environment or theabilityto adaptfroma
publictoprivatemindset;
- A strong working knowledge ofdomestic and international supply
chain principles, MRP related operations,financialanalysis,
business
intelligence,andeffectivebusinessprocessesacrossallfunctions;
- Experience in a global manufacturing structure, with experience
in multi-business/entity,andmulti-currencyenvironment;ideally
exposed toacomplex machine assemblyenvironment;
- A solid understanding ofsupply chainand financial reporting
software tools and the ability
tocommunicateandworkwellwithITteamstoimplementchangesandimprovements;
- Ademonstratedabilitytoworkwithalllevels
ofleadership,collaborativelydrivingdecisions;

Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills,havingtheabilitytoconveyamessagethatisclearandconcise.The
ideal candidate will be energetic, charismatic, and very
comfortable dealing with people fromdiverse backgrounds. They will
have broad finance and operations experience, including
experiencewithinternationaloperations,andwillbeadeptatworkingwithmultiplestakeholderstoassess
