Best One Tire - is a leading provider of Commercial, Retail, Industrial, and OTR Tires. We are looking to add a Warehouse Associate to our team in St. Louis, MO. We are continually developing and upgrading our team. This is a wonderful opportunity for a motivated, self-starter with experience with a forklift. We are committed to high-quality standards. We treat all employees with dignity and respect.Job Duties: -- Unload product from internal and external delivery trucks.-- Receive delivered product and verify packing list matches invoice.-- Notify supervisor of any discrepancies between packing lists and invoices.-- Store received material in appropriate designated area.-- Pick product to be loaded for outbound delivery and verify accuracy prior to loading trucks.-- Perform other duties as assigned.We offer:Competitive starting salary at $40,000 or more, commensurate with qualifications.Full-time, daytime work schedule.Opportunities for AdvancementHealth, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability benefits401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching contributionsPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysEmployee discounts

Requirements:
Warehouse Associate Requirements:-- Forklift experience a must Must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.-- Ability to consistently follow store policies and procedures.-- Ability to read and complete instructions.-- The ability to work in a fast-paced customer service-oriented environment.-- Team-Player: Works well as a member of a group.-- Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well.Minimum Job Requirements:-- Authorized to work in the USA and at least 18 years of age.-- Valid driver's license with a safe driving history.-- High school diploma or GED is preferred.-- Some distribution supply experience preferred.-- An eagerness to learn and excel with a perpetually positive attitude.-- Commitment to service beyond the expectations of our customers.-- Able to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions. Physical Demands / Work Environment: -- Lifting: Frequent lifting over 50 pounds from ground to chest high. -- Occasional squatting, bending, and twisting. -- Standing for extended periods of time.-- Environment: Work in an environment that is not climate controlled.
