SummaryThe Project Manager Lead Analyst will be a member of the technology vertical within the Sales Enablement organization that supports Evernorth and its businesses. This team owns and is responsible for providing the strategic vision for the overall technology stack (tools and applications) utilized by the business, such as Sales and Account Management, to power the client-buying journey. From prospecting, RFP, contracting, closing the deal, to implementation. Working directly with frontline business users (our customers) and leadership to understand their business, processes, and identify needs/requirements. The team is then responsible for partnering with our technology and software engineering partners to develop and implement a solution. -The team represents the "voice of the customer", maintaining, and prioritizing incoming requests and the product backlog. Ensuring the team is working on initiatives that will that maximize business value and deliver necessary fixes and functionality to all customers.Applicants must have strong project management skills and experience, with either some past experience working with technology teams, or the ability and interest to learn how to work with technology teams. This role will help drive tasks, deliverables, and update teams on projects. Recognized internally as "the go-to person" / subject matter expert for any projects the team is responsible to deliver.Evernorth seeks an individual who will be part of the team that is responsible for all tracking, reporting, of all assigned team projects and process improvement initiatives. The lead analyst will be responsible for consulting with cross-functional partners on risks, actions, timelines, scope and project plans to execution. They will be critical for keeping all technology updates and alert team members of necessary actions.Responsibilities

  • Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Successfully initiate, plan, execute and close all project deliverables as committed
  • Ensure project definition documents are prepared and maintained
  • Publish project plans and schedules as needed
  • Ensure the schedules of the various constituencies involved are coordinated, and the multiple sub-project plans are consolidated into one master project schedule for project tracking
  • Track project timelines and costs
  • Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
  • Create and evaluate project reports and provide project status to internal and external clients
  • Prepare, publish, and communicate project status, including input into the designated tracking systems
  • Advise leadership on all perceived risks to the successful completion of the project, and obtain decisions and approval from management on changes to project scope, design, schedule and cost
  • Coordinate and track dependencies for the successful completion of the project
  • Facilitate dispute resolution
  • Ensure that appropriate communication occurs regarding all stakeholder meetings
  • Communicate regularly with internal and external teams as appropriate in order to ensure the delivery of high-quality service and system supportQualifications
    • 2-3 years project management experience
    • Knowledge of PBM or Healthcare industries helpful
    • Self-motivated and self-starter
    • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong analytical, planning, problem identification and resolution skills
    • High level of organization and interpersonal skills, flexibility to cope with change, and ability to multitask across a variety of assignments
    • Demonstrate ability to prioritize and manage workload and meet project deadlines in complex situations - -
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, etc.)
    • Ability to accumulate and transform data into tangible reports and concrete information
    • Experience with Salesforce, Wrike, Confluence and Jira is a plus
