Job Description:

Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join our client's team in the St. Louis, MO area. This individual will be working with business partners to ensure properly defined and communicated project requests are carried out efficiently. They will also ensure business initiatives requiring IT resources are understood and properly supported by all stakeholders. Core responsibilities include facilitating, coordinating, defining, and maintaining the agile development process, gathering business reporting requirements and translating the requirements into technical report design specifications, attending daily scrum meetings, and writing user stories working heavily within Jira. This individual will be working with several business units as the liaison between the technical team so it is expected to have a basic understanding of technical terms.Experience with SQLExperience with Bamboo or Bitbucket2+ years of experience as a Business AnalystExperience working in Jira, confluence, or similar programBasic understanding of application developmentStrong communication and documentation skills
