Work you'll do

Chatbot solution architect and integrations specialist supports the infrastructure, maintenance, and operations of the Google Dialogflow chatbots/voicebots, as well as integration with third party solutions. Additional responsibilities include:


  • Support installation/migration of the chatbot solution in various environments (projects) for testing, disaster recovery, and production
  • Work closely with Cloud Infrastructure teams as needed to coordinate problem resolution
  • Work with Google vendor support teams to resolve incidents
  • Assist in maintaining disaster recovery responsibilities and procedures
  • Consistently respond to monitoring alerts and take appropriate action

It focuses on advising, implementing, and operating contact center operations and technology to elevate the human experience in a digital world. The Contact Center practice achieves this by helping our clients discover, design, and implement tailored contact center operations and telephony solutions. We bring knowledge and solutions to uncover the behaviors, motivations and preferences of our clients' customers and develop new experiences for them. We are a matrixed organization where we align various resource groups to deliver and provide high quality services.

    Qualifications

    Required:
    • 2+ years of experience with Chatbot Architecture
    • 2+ years of integration experience
    • 1+ years of experience with Google Dialogflow or other conversational AI (chatbot/voicebot) infrastructure and/or integration
    • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
    • Travel up to 30%


      Preferred:
      • Backend (server side) development experience either in Java, node.js
      • Frontend development experience HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, react.js or node.js
      • Experience in CICD, Git, unit-testing and source code management
      • Knowledge of cloud development and deployment principles
      • Experience designing and developing Chatbots for various channels (web, Facebook Messenger, SMS, etc) using bot platforms or raw code is desired
      • Experience in creating workflows, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
      • Strong foundation in software engineering best practices which enable building world class products, including architecture design principles, coding standards, testing and continuous integration/deployment, etc.
      • Knowledge of Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning algorithms, models, and principles is preferable.
      • Experience with Google Cloud Functions
