Firm Analytics partners with business areas to provide analytical
insights for firm decision making and strategic planning. The
Analytics Enablement team drives engagement and connection within
the firm's Analytics Community. The team partners with leaders and
associates across the firm as part of the analytics transformation
and evolution to a data-driven organization. The team focuses on
providing a positive user experience with the Analytics COE and
Analytics product portfolio.
Strategy Analyst III / Community Manager
The Strategy Analyst acts as a Community Manager by establishing
and maturing User Groups and Communities of Practice for targeted
groups of members of the Analytics Community. The Community Manager
creates and implements the community strategy needed for their
groups of users and represents a critical component of the change
management and engagement channel for the analytics transformation
at the firm. The Community Manager is a business-facing role where
you will utilize your technical background and dedication to a
positive user experience to create a community where analytics
practitioners can come together for knowledge sharing and

relationships with Analytics Community members across the
firm.Understand users' needs and business outcomes they are working
to achieve and how data and analytics can support those outcomes.
Create and build User Groups and Communities of Practice that
enable targeted groupings of Analytics Community members to share
knowledge across the firm, innovate together and reduce redundancy
of analytics and reporting.Develop and implement a strategy to
enable your User Groups and Communities of Practice to mature to a
state of organic growth. Measure effectiveness of these groups. As
a critical channel for change management, partner with colleagues
to ensure communications and messaging shared with your users are
relevant, meaningful, and timely.Develop a deep understanding of
the collective needs of your users so that you can tailor content
and represent their experience. Create and sustain feedback loops
to continually refine that knowledge.Partner with subject matter
experts on data architecture, engineering, analytics,
visualization, reporting and others to ensure the needs of your
users are being met by the Data & Analytics organization.Work
effectively in a matrixed analytics organization. Identify and
coordinate resources (people, systems, tools) not in your chain of
command. Position Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Data Science or Analytics,
Relevant work experience will be considered.
MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
7+ years work experience preferred in Analytics, Business
Intelligence or related fields.
Product Management experience preferred.
Financial Services industry experience is a plus.
Prosci Change Management certification required within 6 months of
Ability to understand the application of advanced analytical
techniques and the data structure(s) needed to complete those
Possess or develop intermediate understanding of the firm's
analytics and business intelligence tools and data
Ability to navigate the firm, build relationships and communicate
effectively with key stakeholders.
Aptitude for translating complex concepts, appropriately
communicating the information to both technical and non-technical
audiences, from analysts executing the work up to senior leaders
making firm-level strategic decisions.
Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
Desire and ability to stay current with industry trends.
Advanced story-telling and presentation skills.

and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other
