Job DescriptionAs a Data Analyst for CGS you will perform statistical analysis of data helping to drive business decisions. You will prepare reports and present to management; making the reports easy to understand by providing diagrams and graphs. You will turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions. This job has remote capabilities dependent on experience and customer needs. Job Duties

• Create and maintain in suite (Adobe, Quantum Metric, Foresee, etc.) reports work on issues of diverse scope
• Leverage analytics, research, and long-term thinking to help the business unlock service and support, CX, and omni channel performance gains
• Automate, build, and maintain a suite of reporting in Tableau or PowerBI
• Manage analytics/reporting requirements for projects that impact the online business team including PI planning
• Reorganize data in a readable formatExperience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of digital analytics experience
  • 5+ years of ecommerce and digital management experience
  • Advanced SQL knowledge
  • Experience with Adobe and Google Analytics
