and receives branch office support, so they can focus on building

investors.As a Change Control Analyst, you will be responsible
for:
- Being a point of contact in coordinating all levels of change
within the enterprise
- Performing change reviews with implementers and stakeholders to
ensure adherence to policy
- Coordinate and conduct meetings with the Change advisory board
(CAB) to discuss higher risk changes
- Reviewing and analyzing change metrics and reporting metrics to
leadership
- Monitoring effectiveness of processes and driving
improvements
- Monitoring and maintaining the functionality of change
management systems and applications
- Developing and maintaining procedural documentation
- Training stakeholders in change policies, processes, and
procedures
- Analyzing data, predicting trends and themes
- Audit the completeness and accuracy of all changes using the
ServiceNow Platform
- Proactively detect and prevent conflicts in changing
schedules
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to refine processes
and procedures to deliver and maintain service more
efficientlyEnsuring change metrics reflect accurate information and
are completePosition Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or related
field; or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of experience with change management or other ITIL role
(problem management, event incident management, incident
management, application production support)
- Experience with the following Microsoft tools - Microsoft
Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Visio
- 5+ years of broad technical experience with proven expertise in
a majority of the following areas: servers, networks, hardware,
operating systems (Windows, Linux, Kubernetes), virtualization
software, middleware, and related base build infrastructure and
software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent problem detection and determination skills in
multiple functional infrastructure/application areas
- Proven organizational skills to successfully lead and influence
cross-functional teams without a direct line of authority
- Proven ability to identify opportunities for improvement to
procedures, and processes, enabling greater availability &
capability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience
creating, championing and maintaining processes, procedures, and
policies
- Experience working in the financial services industry or other
similar, highly regulated environment
- ITIL Foundations certification is a plus
- Experience working in the ServiceNow Platform

and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other
relevant factors for a potential new associate:
