Overview

About the Role

The Account Coordinator for the Fleet/Group Support Team will serve as a CarShare* subject matter expert and the primary point of contact for internal teams and group questions regarding some or all of the following: daily operations and fleet support, reporting, technology and hardware support and system functionality. The primary responsibilities include technical troubleshooting and configuration, post install set up and testing for new vehicles, training and continued education for group employees. As well as reporting, rate testing vehicle additions, removals and relocates in the CarShare operating system. In addition, there will be various ad hoc tasks to carry out throughout the CarShare department.

This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO.

Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain strong working knowledge of CarShare operating systems
* Provide advanced customer service to CarShare groups regarding system setup, daily operations, and vehicle/hardware support through verbal and written communication, including conference calls, incoming phone calls, digital copy and emails
* Act as CarShare subject matter expert to operating groups and internal teams on the AutoVera operating system
* Technical troubleshooting and post install set up and testing of vehicles
* Facilitate CarShare system build and account implementation
* Coordinate and execute the implementation and removal of CarShare vehicles
* Develop and maintain strong working knowledge of Enterprise CarShare operating systems and hardware
* Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reporting of vehicle maintenance, vehicle availability, hardware status and inventory
* Independently complete deadline-based projects
* Support the ongoing development of Enterprise CarShare business processes and training documentation
* Assist with the evaluation of data and contribute ideas which could lead to future growth or operational enhancements
* Work directly with Management Team on process related projects to identify new procedures to improve efficiencies and allow for Shared Service support of current Group functions
* Create content and maintain the accuracy of training and reference documents on Enterprise CarShare Internet and Intranet sites
* Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum:

* H.S. Diploma/GED
* Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
* Must have one (1) or more years of customer service experience
* Intermediate in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint & Outlook)
