- Handle day-to-day security operational requests with minimal
guidance, as part of existing vulnerability management, threat
intelligence, and incident detection and response processes.
Perform incident detection and analysis tasks, with guidance from
senior staff and leadership as needed. Analyze internal and
3rd-party applications and perform necessary assessments,
prioritizing vulnerabilities and facilitating their

tools related to application security, vulnerability management,
incident response, and threat intelligence.
- Document specific problems solved, issues resolved, and
vulnerabilities mitigated, coordinate with vulnerability management
and incident response functions, and provide metrics to leadership
Job Requirements:Requirements: 1. Solid grasp of current OWASP TOP
10 vulnerabilities and can explain each vulnerability
classification at least at a high level. 2. Solid understanding of
web applications and web services architecture and can explain at a
high level how they work. 3. Good understanding of web servers and
how web servers serve web applications 4. Good understanding of the
HTTP Request/Response lifecycle and standard HTTP Response Status
Codes 5. Good understanding of some programming and web based
Strong awareness of security and demonstrate this by protecting the
organization's value by keeping information confidential7. Working
knowledge of at least one scripting language such as PowerShell or
Python. 8. Working knowledge of software and or process automation.
Soft Skills 1. Strong written and oral communication skills. Must
be able to communicate and collaborate with a wide variety of
audiences such as other security analysts, software developers,
infrastructure analysts, architects, data analysts, legal &
compliance, business analysts, project managers, management, and
business stakeholders 2. Ability to deliver high-quality solutions
on time and within scope 3. Possesses well-developed emotional
