This platform supports Wells Fargo Advisors client facing sites. Previous publishing and/or CMS experience is a bonus. The analyst will partner with IT, front-end developers, and business users to provide assistance, troubleshooting & complete Tridion Administrative functions in an Agile work environment.Responsibilities Include: Support agile team to ensure stories are at Definition of Ready (DOR) Add stories to the backlog Building Tridion structure groups Administering Tridion permissions Training publishers and front-end developers Approving workflows in Tridion Troubleshooting issues in Tridion with components, assets, pages, and workflows Advising the publishers of Tridion best practices Escalating issues and outages to appropriate stakeholders Conducting UAT testing Recommending new configurations, components/pages on ongoing basis Backlog defects and enhancements Identify ways to effectively improve processes Reporting (metadata, expiration date, and publisher permission report) Assisting with release validation Platform clean up and maintenance on routine basis Managing the SDLPub mailbox Required Qualifications2+ years of e-business experience2+ years of Content Management Systems experienceDesired QualificationsA BS/BA degree or higherKnowledge and understanding of Content Management SystemsSDL tridion content management system experienceStrong analytical skillsAbility to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areasAbility to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are importantAdvanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skillsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsOther Desired Qualifications 1+ years knowledge of Adobe creative cloud Ability to lead meetings, keep projects moving forward, and collaborate with multiple teams.Salary InformationThe salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.MO-Saint Louis: Min: $52,600 Mid: $73,000 Max: $93,400Street AddressMO-Saint Louis: 1 N Jefferson Ave - Saint Louis, MODisclaimerAll offers for employment with Wells Fargo are contingent upon the candidate having successfully completed a criminal background check.
