Our Midwest Regional positions offer great pay and lots of drop & hook freight, so you spend more time on the road earning and less time waiting at shippers. Our drivers can earn some of the highest take-home pay in the business. And, to help keep your pay more consistent, we'll pay the portion of miles you've run a load right up to payroll cut off time. We know of very few competitors offering this unique benefit. Our company drivers also earn base rate increases every 60,000 miles with no pay cap!

• Home weekly - It is our goal for every driver to get at least a 34 hour restart
  
• Sign on Bonus: $5,000 paid over 30,000 miles or $7,500 over 60,000 miles. You pick!
  
• Solos start up to $.56 cpm: $.51 cpm top starting base + $.02 cpm safety + $.03 cpm guaranteed holiday season bonus through 12/31/20. No gimmicks!
  
• Dispatched out of our Indianapolis terminal and primarily operating in a 10 state region consisting of OH, MI, IN, KY, IL, MO, KS, IA, WI, and MN
