OPENING! Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a
Communications Specialist for a contract opportunity with one of
our largest clients located in St. Louis, MO! Title :
Communications Specialist Location: St. Louis, MO (Hybrid/onsite
downtown) Duration: 6 Months Role Type: W2 Contract Engagement Role
Summary Critical Skills Required: Strong written and verbal
communications, effectiveness, and measurements Graphic design
Communications development, delivery and facilitation (including
for creative communications such as infographics, videos)
Communication strategy Employee engagement, stakeholder management
Journey management Storytelling Change impact analysis
Responsibilities Partner to revise the change management
communication and engagement strategy and plan that outlines the
specific communications, and engagement needs to drive awareness,
and prepare/support the impacted stakeholder groups Execute on
change management communications and engagement strategy and plan,
including developing and distribution of all stakeholder specific
communications in communication vehicles (e.g., infographics, town
halls, field supervisor meetings, change champion/network meetings,
site visit, and go live/hypercare change management communications)
Collaborate with graphic designer on communication products such as
videos, interactive infographics, visuals, etc. Manage and monitor
communications distribution and impact (distros, dates, metrics)
Provide change and communications support for all change related
activities for hypercare * Beware of scams. S3 never asks for money
during its onboarding process
