Job Description Job Description Summary: The Senior Marketing &
Communications Manager is the primary steward of the Benjamin F.
Edwards brand. This leader is responsible for the strategic
development and execution of all firm-wide communications, ensuring
that our "Client-First" philosophy and "Investments for
Generations" tagline are consistently represented across all
channels. This role manages a multi-disciplinary team of writers,
designers, and digital coordinators to support our advisors,
recruit new talent, and communicate with our shareholders.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Brand & Strategic Marketing
Lead the long-term brand strategy for Benjamin F. Edwards and its
affiliated brands (e.g., Edwards Wealth Management RIA). Oversee
all advertising efforts, including regional campaigns (airport,
print, and digital) and firm-wide brand awareness. Direct digital
marketing initiatives, including the corporate website and the
firm’s social media presence. Advisor Support & Recruiting Advisor
Marketing: Develop tools and content (videos, brochures, digital
assets) that help FAs grow their individual practices and deepen
client relationships. Recruiting Marketing: Partner with the
Recruiting team to create compelling messaging and campaigns that
introduce prospective advisors to the Edwards culture and value
proposition. The Edwards Store: Oversee the firm’s internal portal
for branded merchandise and marketing collateral. Executive &
Corporate Communications CEO & Executive Communications: Serve as
the primary speechwriter and communications strategist for the CEO
and Executive Committee (internal memos, firm-wide videos, and
annual letters). Shareholder Communications: Manage the drafting
and distribution of quarterly and annual reports and other
sensitive shareholder materials. Coordinate the executives’ annual
shareholder presentations. Public & Media Relations: Act as the
firm’s primary point of contact for media inquiries and industry
publications to elevate the firm’s public profile. Team Leadership
& Operations Provide mentorship and creative direction to a
high-performing team, including Graphic Designers, Writers, and
Digital Marketing Coordinators. Manage external agency
relationships and vendor partnerships (e.g., advertising, print,
and digital marketing). Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring
maximum ROI across all spend categories. Analytics and Reporting
Monitor key performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness of firm
campaigns, brand awareness, digital engagement, etc. Prepare and
maintain reports for executive leadership on marketing impact and
opportunities. Qualifications: Strong leadership and management
skills. Excellent communications and critical thinking abilities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Exceptional
writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to capture the
unique "voice" of the firm’s leadership. Proven ability to
translate complex financial concepts into emotive, personal, and
professional messaging. Strong knowledge of adobe suite and working
knowledge word press. A deep alignment with the Golden Rule and a

Education and/or Work Experience : Working Experience Required: 10
years’ related work experience in marketing or corporate
communications, preferably within the financial services industry.
Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in marketing,
communications, journalism, or a related field.
Licenses/Registration: Minimum Required: N/A (prefer Series 7 and
Series 24 or the ability to attain within the first 12 months) Work
Environment: This position requires the ability to work in a
stationary position for several hours at a time and the ability to
lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally. Some filing is required. The
work environment is an air-conditioned, smoke-free, office
environment. This position routinely uses standard office equipment
such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets. About
