Join us!About the Role:We're seeking a licensed, detail-oriented Pharmacist to support the pharmacy workflow and provide oversight of the supporting pharmacy team. This is a great opportunity for professionals re-entering the workforce-whether career pause, parental leave, or other personal commitments-who are looking for flexible work hours in a healthcare environment.Location: Onsite, 400 South Woods Mills Rd, Suite 100, Chesterfield MOHours: : Part-time, salaried (20 hrs/week), flexible scheduling available within pharmacy hours: Mon-Fri 7:00am-7:00pm and rotating Saturdays 8:00am-4:00pm.We're open to working with you to identify a schedule that supports your commitments and our core business requirements.Responsibilities:Responsible for the supervision of pharmacy technicians in support of the pharmacy manager involved in the pharmacy workflowOversee data entry by pharmacy staff from providers and receiving pharmacies and insure the quality of the pharmacy technicians workEnsure confidentiality of patient information and their records, and destruction of relevant documentation which contains patient informationAssist the pharmacy manager in overseeing staff in fielding calls from major pharmacy chains and independent pharmacies across the countryAssist the pharmacy manager staff in receiving, processing and transferring patients' prescriptions, and own the success of the transfer end-to-endPerform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner that is consistent with corporate policies as well as State and Federal lawsWork collaboratively with the St Louis pharmacy manager, management team & Pharmacy Technician staffRequirements:Graduated from an accredited College of PharmacyActive Missouri Pharmacy License in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy0-3 years of relevant experienceStrong command of the English languageStrong attention to detail with high degree of accuracyStrong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new softwareWhy Join Us:It is rare to have a company that both deeply impacts its customers and is able to provide its services across a massive population.
