Join Our Team as a Manufacturing Operator!

Location: Zoltek (U.S. Manufacturing Facility)

Shift Options: Day Shift (7:45 AM - 8:00 PM) - Night Shift (7:45 PM - 8:00 AM)

Work Schedule: 12.25-hour shifts, alternating every two weeks (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off) $21.93/hr

Overtime: Some built-in overtime & 3-day weekends every other week!

As a Manufacturing Operator, you'll be a key player in ensuring our carbon fiber production is top-notch and runs smoothly. If you're someone who enjoys operating machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring quality control, this role is for you!

What You'll Do:

  - - - -Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.

  - - - -Operate Equipment: Efficiently run various carbon fiber manufacturing equipment.

  - - - -Monitor Production: Inspect and ensure materials meet specifications and quality standards.

• 
  - - - -Maintain Inventory: Label, package, and complete paperwork for inventory control.

• 
  - - - -Quality Control: Perform ongoing product inspections to meet customer specifications.

• 
  - - - -Machine Maintenance: Keep equipment and work areas clean, free of obstacles, and operating at peak performance.

  - - - -Safety First: Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

  - - - -Additional Tasks: Support production goals, address operational needs, and perform any other required duties.

    • 
      - - - - - - - -1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or factory setting (preferred)

      - - - - - - - -Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations and document information

    • 
      - - - - - - - -Ability to read and interpret documents, follow procedures, and communicate effectively with the shift lead and co-workers

    • 
      - - - - - - - -Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to operate machinery and assemble products

      - - - - - - - -Ability to troubleshoot and take effective corrective actions to resolve problems
