About our Fulfillment Operations team: -The Fulfillment Operations team fulfills customer orders for Transcorp's retail partners. We strive to provide exceptional service to every customer, maximize efficiency in our operations, and create a safe and fulfilling workplace for our team members.

Highlights: -The Fulfillment Associate will work in a retail, temperature-controlled environment. This role reports to the Fulfillment Shift Supervisor and completes orders by picking and filling boxes and/or containers. This role will pick, package, and stage orders; stock and refill products; and ensure that the facility remains clean and safe. -

ABOUT THE JOB


Availability to work night shifts (e.g., 1 PM - 11:30 PM).

Unload and inspect incoming shipments for quality, quantity, and compliance


Put away products to inventory locations


Periods of time spent in a cooler -


Pick, pack and stage incoming orders


Collect and handoff orders to delivery modalities


Validate accuracy of locations through cycle counting


Minimize waste and spoilage through strict compliance with 'First In, First Out' practices


Retrieve any "quarantine" product from shelves: expiring, recall


Organize non-sold product; i.e., re-shelving returns


Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around


Perform other duties as assigned (cleaning, special tasks/projects/assignments, etc---)



SAFETY



Perform this job safely in accordance with standard operating procedures and good manufacturing practices, without endangering the health or safety of self or others.


Ensure workspace, shelves, and aisles are clean and organized according to our health and safety standards


Comply with all Food Safety standards


Maintain a safe workplace for yourself, your peers, and the public. Specific safety responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: (1) Become familiar and comply with the Code of Safe Practices and specific work procedures, as applicable; (2) Observe federal, state, and company safety and health rules; (3) Attend and participate in training sessions as scheduled; (4) Report promptly any job-related injury, illness, and near-miss incidents immediately to your supervisor and promptly seek medical treatment, as necessary; (5) Report hazards and unsafe conditions and work practices to your supervisor and Safety Program Administrator; and (6) Review and understand applicable safety and health rules prior to beginning job tasks.



ABOUT YOU



Ability to understand and follow safety, quality, and procedural standards


At least 18 years of age


Experience working in fulfillment or retail environment (preferred)


Ability to do the following:



Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly throughout shift/bend, twist, squat, kneel, turn, reach


Remain standing or walking for the duration of the shift excluding meal periods and breaks as applicable


Ability to walk up and down stairs and ladders


Push and or pull carts and other equipment




Operate material handling equipment with associated training (e.g. pallet jack)


Flexible schedule, availability to work holidays, evenings, and/or weekends
