Career Path: Med Surg to LaborWe are seeking experienced and graduate nurses to join our Med Surg to Labor career path program. This program offers a unique opportunity for nurses to develop their skills and knowledge in a supportive and collaborative environment.Program Specifics:

• Start your career path in a Med Surg department, selecting from Med Tele, Med Surg, Neuro, Oncology, Ortho, or Trauma Surg.
• Complete a 10-week Med Surg residency program.
• Commit to a 12-month period in the Med Surg unit post-residency.
• Automatically transfer to the Labor & Birth residency program with support and guidance from nurse managers.Benefits of the Career Path Program:
