School-Based Physical Therapist Contract Details:
- $ $41.50 per hour

• Develop and implement educational and therapy programs based on evaluation results
• Evaluates students to identify needs and determine eligibility for therapy services
• Collect therapy data, maintain accurate student records,and monitor progress toward student goals
  
  
  • Work collaboratively and communicate with school interdisciplinary team and student guardians
  • May be asked to travel between school locations

      • Missouri Physical Therapist License
      • American Heart Associaton BLS
      • Prior experience with pediatrics or in a school setting is preferred but not requiredSupplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law (including San Francisco Ordinance #131192 and Los Angeles Municipal Code For this type of employment, Kentucky state law requires a criminal record check as a condition of employment.
