Job Description:

Royalty Staffing is currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Coding Supervisor.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a deep understanding of medical coding principles, coding guidelines, and classification systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in coding supervision, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success.

Position Details:

The role is a remote, work from home role but requires attendance of meetings 1 week out of the month.

Temp to Perm

Salary: $77,000 - $112,000 DOE

Shift: Full Time, Monday - Friday , 8AM-5PM

Essential Job Functions:

• You will be responsible for managing a team of talented coders, providing guidance and support, and implementing best practices to optimize coding performance.
• Collaborate with Billing Manager to review reimbursement trends
• ICD-10 and CPT coding
• Hold weekly staff meetings
  
  Requirements
  
  Education:
  
  
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Information Management, or Health Care Administration
  • Certified Procedural Coder certification
    
    Experience:
    
    
    • Healthcare, supervisory, and training experience required
    • EPIC experience preferred
