Job Description:
Sr Quality Assurance Specialist -This role works with all
departments to ensure quality, food safety, environmental and
safety programs and systems are in place to ensure customer
satisfaction by meeting and/or exceeding all customer requirements.
They will develop and sustain the Quality Management System in line
with the required industry standards (including: TS16949, ISO14001
/ ISO 9001 / OHSA 18001), accreditation requirements and business
requirements across the organization through existing and new
procedures. This individual will regulate, control and improve the
quality of all processes throughout the business and the final
product, as well as manage the audit program to ensure that all
nonconformities raised against certification bodies during audits
are effectively corrected and independently verified. The MSF will
embed a culture of continuous improvement throughout the company
and lead the team to achieve quality management system targets for
customers and business goals. -This role will report directly into
the Plant Manager/Director.Responsibilities:
