Job Summary
The Lead Concessions Supervisor is responsible for directing and responding to guest questions and needs. The Lead Supervisor is responsible for assisting Supervisors, Team Members, Nonprofit Groups and Subcontractors during the event and the initial set up of products. The Lead Supervisor should understand the content of the menus and ensure the timely delivery of food. Strict following of food and safety guidelines are required. The Lead Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the execution of area setup and breakdown. The Lead Concessions Supervisor is responsible for directing and responding to guest questions and needs.
