Job Description:
The Judge Group is currently seeking a Food Scientist for a
client's R & D facility in the Cleveland, OH area.REQUIREMENTS:
A BS/BA degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Bakery/Culinary
Science preferred, but not a requirement
Position requires approximately 20-50% travel.EXPERIENCE:
Prefer minimum 2 years of product/packaging/process development
experience in CPG or related field of work in culinary
environmentREQUIRED SKILLS:
Ability to work in a fast paced and high performing environment
STRONG experience within confectionary foods product
development
Exceptional organizational skills & ability to manage multiple
projects and assignments
Strong communication skills: interpersonal, presentation, oral and
written
Highly motivated, critical thinker, goal oriented and easily adapts
to change
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Power Point,
Word, Project Experience/Education:
