Job Description:

Katsam, LLC is a property maintenance contractor in need of a Metro Night Porter. The Night Porter/Driver works the 3rd shift, operates a company vehicle, and works as part of a team servicing Metro link stations. Cleaning duties will be accomplished at multiple stations throughout the shift. -The duties include policing for trash and debris, track bed cleaning, hosing, glass cleaning, restroom cleaning and stocking.FULL TIME with overtime opportunities. This position is year round. - -Starting Hourly Rate: $16.00/hour Job requirements include:

• 3rd -shift only -- Class E driver's license (or better) with a clean driving record (minimum of 3 years driving experience).
• Valid DOT physical is required before you start
• Must pass Metro Tier training (FREE TO ATTEND)
• You must be drug free (all employees are tested and this also includes Marijuana)
• Attention to detail and cleanliness, and ability to complete paperwork Job duties:
  • Perform cleaning tasks at assigned stations.
  • Ensure equipment is properly cleaned and stored, submit issues to maintenance department.
  • Report job site issues and opportunities for the customer
