Job Description:

Specialist I, Accounts Receivable Job Purpose To manage billings and payments for services and fees related to franchisees, development, and miscellaneous customers as well as assist with other Accounts Receivable functions. Duties & Responsibilities

• Produces and distributes weekly & monthly Franchise billings (Marketing, IT, etc.) and handles franchise requests.
• Produces and distributes Development billings, rent holds, payments, and adjustments.
• Produces miscellaneous billings and handles creation and maintenance of customer information.
• Initiates and Reconciles Franchise Payment Sweep activity.
• Creates month-end journal entries and close requirements.
• Prepares monthly account reconciliations and balance sheet explanations.
• Produces and provides notes for management reporting and performs follow up actions and resolutions.
• Provide back-up support on other receivables processes.
• Calculates monthly payments for Franchise CCA activity and distributes remittance information.
• Escalates issues appropriately. Qualifications (Education & Experience)
  • Associates degree a plus, Previous Accounts Receivable experience a plus
  • Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy is imperative.
  • Experience with high volume workloads
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop relationships with customers and team members.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with expanding duties and responsibilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
  • Experience with Workday or other large ERPs preferred, but not required. Working Conditions
