The Solutions Architect will collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and engineers to understand client requirements and translate them into robust architectural designs.   • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand client requirements, goals, and challenges related to ERP systems, such as SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft D365, IFS, Oracle, etc.
    
  • Design and develop end-to-end architectural solutions for ERP system implementations, ensuring they meet business objectives, technical requirements, and security standards.
    
  • Provide architectural guidance and oversight throughout the ERP project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to solution delivery and post-implementation support.
    
  • Define and document ERP solution architecture, including system components, interfaces, data flow, and integration points with other enterprise systems.
    
  • Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses specific to ERP system implementations, evaluating potential solutions and recommending the most suitable approach.
    
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements related to ERP systems.
    
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing ERP system architecture, identifying opportunities for optimization, enhancement, and technology modernization.
    
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in ERP system development and implementation.
    
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members working on ERP projects.
    
    Skill Set:
    
    • 
      
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications are highly desired.
      
    • 5+ years of experience with ERP, including at least 3 full cycle implementations.
      
    • Proven experience successfully delivering complex technology solutions, including ERP system implementations.
      
    • Strong knowledge of enterprise-level architecture principles, patterns, and best practices for ERP systems.
      
    • Demonstrated ERP solution design and system integration experience, considering factors such as performance, scalability, availability, and maintainability.
      
    • Deep understanding of ERP platforms, IT infrastructure, and cloud technologies and their development and implementation methodologies.
      
    • Ability to analyze project, program, and portfolio needs.
      
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into practical architectural designs for ERP systems.
      
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
