Job Description:

Creates Epics, Stories, and sprint cycles. Oversees the scrum activities of project-based scrum and development teams. Reviews and prioritizes work through the backlog, solves problems to create outcomes, tracks team output and progress, and identifies continuous process improvement opportunities. Utilizes a strong understanding of the Agile methodology and is willing to improve the corporate understanding of these principles as well as educate others on formal Agile and scrum principles. Acts as a liaison between the scrum team and product owner. Creates status reports for management to review.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESDefines and creates scrum templates and other necessary documentation resources.Functions autonomously and guides entry level staff.Educates the teams on scrum and ensures assigned resources stay on task.Reports and effectively communicates progress.Participates in the work prioritization process.Effectively communicates across teams.Identifies and removes impediments to success.Performs other duties as assigned.EDUCATIONBachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and educationEXPERIENCEThree years' experiencePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSFrequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.Frequent keyboard use/data entry.Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.Rare climbing.
