• Drive our Fitness Vision and Culture by providing the BEST member experience throughout their club visit: Friendly Hello & Goodbye;
• Anticipating needs and Building Relationships
• Promote the value of different memberships to increase new member enrollments and boost retention
• Providing Club Fitness Tours and educating guests on all amenities and attractions our health club has to offer
• Engaging with guests by completing a "Because You Matter" card to help new and current member achieve their Fitness and Health goals
• Knowledgeable on all Club Fitness product and service offerings
• Accurately take payments and complete sales transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized health club to company standards by conducting walk-throughs and participate in zone - cleanings
• Assist in Kids Club as business needs require You will succeed if you LOVE:
