Description:SummaryBrook & Whittle is looking for an ERP Applications & Integration Specialist who has practical experience with both ERP process flows (Sales, Finance, Inventory Master Data, BP Master Data, etc.) as well as related technical experience with databases, API's and other integration tools.As an ERP Specialist, you will thrive in this position with your strong ability to understand different ERP modules and create solutions based on the variety of business processes and how they integrate with the ERP system. The ERP Specialist will be able to work cross-functionally with different teams and company leaders in deriving the ERP solution.In this role you will be a primary point of contact for all of our ERP systems including, installation and maintenance of enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions. You will be collaborating with senior managers/business users to determine which business processes needs optimization, enhancing the performance of our IT systems, and deploying and implementing suitable ERP solutions.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for analyzing and assessing ERP tools to derive an industry standard ERP solution.
• Responsible for implementing and providing support for Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
• Analyze the systems and work directly with business users and management to define/document system requirements.
• Design and propose ERP solutions via business process analysis.
• Incorporate business needs into a cohesive plan that serves the company's end to end requirements.
• Ability to build partnerships with functional IT teams to understand current capabilities, gaps, and opportunities to jointly design data programs/initiatives.
• Writing customized programs and scripts, as well as configuring ERP applications.
• Developing user-friendly functionalities and interfaces.
• Installing ERP software and ensuring seamless integration with IT systems.
• Performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues to optimize performance.
• Preparing development progress updates and documenting ERP processes.
• Adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
• Keeping abreast of the latest ERP upgrades and offerings.
• Support and guide user acceptance testing
• Providing technical support and training ERP end-users.Requirements:Competencies:
  • 10+ years of work experience implementing and supporting enterprise software ERP solutions like Labeltraxx, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, PeopleSoft, SAP, Radius, CERM or similar complex enterprise level software.
  • 8+ Years of support and implementation experience on ERP tools with inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, order Management, finance, CRM, HR and other modules.
  • 5+ Years of support and implementation experience with OLAP, ROLAP & relational database.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and delivering complex technology engagements with resources in multiple locations
  • Experience in implementation CRM application integrations like Salesforce
  • Experience in ITSM tools such as Jira/Atlassian Tool Suite, Fresh service and GitHub tools sets
  • Experience with object-oriented JavaScript, SaaS ecommerce platforms, Microsoft Active Directory, PowerShell Desired State Configuration (DSC), Eclipse and SoapUI
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel to various plants as required
    Supervisory Responsibility
    • Will be leading contractors at onsite and offshore locations assigned to drive and establish ERP solution
