Position Summary

The Credit Administrator is responsible for the leasing credit package and workflow which are established through specific assigned tasks prior to submission to underwriting. This individual will assist and provide support as needed in order to foster and sustain a strong team environment.

Primary Accountabilities

Review and process credit applications.
Pull/Process Credit Bureau Reports (CBRs) and Business Reports.
Serve as point of contact for customer, vendor, sales team.
Manage and monitor a shared Credit Team Inbox (Outlook)
Submit vendor approvals with similar process.
Assist with customer service phone calls.
Abides by all internal and external policies and procedures.
Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
Other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications

Education/Experience:

Associates Degree or 1-3 years relevant experience in mortgage or finance.
