Member Duties : The Development VISTA will build the capacity of Epworth Children & Family Services by developing and implementing key processes in the Development Department, which will help increase fundraising to help at-risk youth in St. Louis City and County. Of the St. Louis City and County clients served by Epworth, 75.5% of clients whose income were known had a household income of less than $20,000, and 67.6% had a household income of less than $10,000. As a result of the VISTA member's service, key development activities will have clearly defined processes and metrics, a "Young Friends" group will be created, and Epworth's Development Department will be more efficient and effective.
